We (Dandelion Picnics and Events, LLC ) primarily stay in the Tri Cities area and travel is free up to 15 miles from Richland. Additional travel fees will be charged for locations farther than this and the cost will depend on the location. If parking fees are required you (the host)  will also be responsible for these fees. If you are wanting a specific location that is farther than Tri Cities area please reach out and let us know and we can see what we can do to accommodate! 


We do not provide alcohol at this time. If you choose to bring your own alcohol please do so at your own discretion in permitted venues or personal residences. Please ensure you do this safely. Dandelion Picnics and Events will not be held responsible for any repercussions pertaining to alcohol.


All equipment supplied is to be returned in the same condition received and on or before the agreed-on date and time of return. The host of the event shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or extensive cleaning to any items. Fees will apply for any items damaged, stolen or lost. These fees must be paid within 3 days of such loss or damage unless agreed otherwise. If payment is not made within 3 days, you agree to have the card you have on file automatically charged. Dandelion Picnics and Events, LLC will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or harm related to the picnic or event.


We recommend you book your event as early as possible. The earlier you book the better chance we have of accommodating you. There is a non refundable deposit of 50% due at the time of the event or picnic (this will go towards the total cost of the event/picnic).  The final payment (total payment due) is due 14 days prior to the event or picnic date. If we do not receive the full payment 14 days prior to the event/picnic date the event or picnic will be cancelled and no refund will be given. If you book less than 14 days prior to the event date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.  The price of your picnic or event depends on several things including ad ons, the number of guests, the type of event, location, etc. Please see the luxury picnic and event design tabs for more info on pricing. You can also reach out to us at any time and we can discuss pricing further.  Due to Dandelion Picnics and Events, LLC being in Washington state there will be an 8%  tax charge added to every event and picnic invoice.


We understand that weather is unpredictable and the wind around here can be especially unpredictable. Should there be bad weather on the day of your event or picnic we can try to adjust the location of the event/picnic within reason and suggest you always keep a back up location in mind when booking. We also have a canopy tent that can be rented to help in the case of poor weather. Events or picnics will not be rescheduled based on weather unless it is unsafe to continue. The host also understands that the weather may disrupt some of the decorations during the event or picnic.


At this time we do not allow cancellations but we aim to be as flexible as possible and are happy to reschedule. In order to reschedule we will need a 14 day notice prior and the event or picnic can be rescheduled for another date within 3 months of the original booking date. If you notify us after this time a $50 fee will be charged and we will reschedule for another date within 3 months of the original booking date. 


We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Dandelion Picnics and Events, LLC is not liable for any damages or harm caused by our equipment, food or beverage (whether provided by us or yourself), or employees. Upon submitting your booking, you are agreeing that you have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions and you knowingly and willingly release all liability from Dandelion Picnics and Events,  LLC.
